Why sales training?
We all recognize the need to train for product knowledge, or technical training. But when it comes to sales training, we just assume that people will know how to sell, but we know that is not the case.
Is this a certification program?
Clients of Sandler Training can take our course either with or without our certification program.
What would be included in a sales team training program?
First we assess our clients sales people to determine their sales competencies. Then we custom design a program that will fit within their budget of time and resources.
What makes Sandler training different from the other sales training programs?
Sandler Training is best known for its reinforcement training and for its “non-traditional” approach to sales. In Sandler we have a rule which says; "If your competition is doing it, stop doing it right away.” Sandler trained sales professionals don’t look, act, or sound like their competition. If you want to differentiate yourself from your competitor you can’t end up being and doing the same things they do.
How do you determine what my organization needs?
We start by setting up an appointment (usually 1 to 2 hours) and learning about you and your company to see if we are even a good fit for one another. This first meeting is complimentary, and most likely we will both know at the end (or before the end) if it makes sense to meet again, or not.
What is the SalesMastery (formerly the President’s Club)?
Our Sales Mastery class meets weekly for 1 ½ - 2 hours. Where we teach techniques, that our relevant to today. This includes behaviors and attitudes that affect the salespeople.
Who will lead the classes?
The class is led by Lewis Fogel, the President and CEO of FL Sales Consultants, Inc., a Certified and Licensed Sandler Training Instructor.
What is the time commitment? Length of classes, frequency.
Our Sales Mastery in class meet weekly for about 1 ½-2 hours about 43 weeks in the year. Our Virtual Live Training classes meet once a month for 1 hour per month.
Are there measurable results?
Clients only engage our services when they can expect to see a measurable Return on Investment (ROI). Some clients see results immediately, and others find that it takes time to learn our process and nothing takes the place of practice and role play in class.
What is management’s role in this program?
We expect that owners and managers will participate in the program to show their support and reinforce that which we will teach their employees, distributors and agents.
Do we have to attend workshops in person, or do you offer an online/teleconference option?
Although it is preferable for you to attend in-person, we recognize that not everyone can or wants to attend in person. As such, we do offer virtual classroom training.
